phil kline’s Unsilent Night

Unsilent Night is an original composition by Phil Kline, written specifically to be heard outdoors in December. It takes the form of a street promenade in which the audience becomes the performer––each participant plays a provided audio track while walking a route through Milwaukee’s streets, creating a unique mobile sound sculpture!

Details: Guests will gather in the lobby of Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel between 5:30-6:00PM. The street promenade through downtown Milwaukee will commence at 6:00PM and loop back to Saint Kate by approximately 6:45PM. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Hot beverages will be available for purchase at Saint Kate.
Note: Information on our TBA featured band leader, digital map of the intended promenade walking route, and instructions on how to download the provided audio tracks will be communicated over email after successful event registration.
