NY Philharmonic Young People’s Concert – Composing Inclusion

The New York Philharmonic has commissioned, as part of its 100th anniversary of Young People’s Concerts, a series of new works by composers from the Composing Inclusion program organized by the American Composers Forum and powered by the Sphinx Venture Fund. Andres Soto’s “Fantasia en la Plaza” and Nicolas Lell Benavides’s “Querencia” will be having their world premiere.

Featuring students from the Juilliard Preparatory Division playing side by side members of the NY Philharmonic, this concert will celebrate the creativity of young musicians with newly commissioned works for professional and youth orchestras. In partnership with the Juilliard Preparatory Division and American Composers Forum.
