WZRD 52nd Anniversary Show

WZRD 88.3FM celebrates its 52nd anniversary with a free show in the student lounge featuring three of the city’s most electrifying local acts.

Headlining is Electric Mothership — the South Side’s five-piece Afrofuturist psych rock collective that plays like Funkadelic crash-landed in the fifth dimension. Expect laser projection, fog machines, and a full alien takeover of your nervous system. Their debut EP Cosmic Dawn is out now, and this is your chance to hear it live.

Opening the night are Sponj and Triplets of Gonzo — two more reasons to get there early and stay late.
