Please join Mind on Fire July 8th for our first hybrid event! Stream it or share an experience with other human bodies live at CURRENT SPACE. This performance features:

Brittany J. Green and a world premiere of a new composition written for Mind on Fire. r_upTURE features music where a chamber ensemble is torn at by electronic sound while singers recite the literal computer code of their dissolution. This video premiere features choreography by Ayan Felix, videography by Ivy Williams, and sound and video editing by Jason Charney.

Bonnie Jones and two video works bridging autobiography, surreality, collage, and mnemonic noise.
Anna Kroll and her collaboration with choloe Engel called the room. You call into a room. It’s described to you, the walls, people, and things inside – what happens within, and how it all falls apart.

Before the watch party, there. will be live performances by Liz Downing and Greg Hatem as Curving Tooth: folk music from the dark dream frontier and singer/performer/person extraordinaire, Megan Livingston.

Doors open at 7:30pm EDT
Live Music pre-screening: 8:30pm
Virtual show screening: 9pm
Music ends by 10pm
