H. Leslie Adams – Twenty-Six Etudes for Piano Vols. 1 & 2 with BYU alumni pianists
The BYU alumni piano majors project: Pianists from around the United States coordinated a set of video recordings for the full set of 26 Etudes for Piano by H. Leslie Adams. Dr. Adams composed the etudes over a 2-year period in the 1990s. A group of pianists were coordinated by Provo-based pianist Jackie Biggs, to create the set of recordings as a gift to the Cleveland-based composer for his upcoming 89th birthday. Biggs and her husband, trombonist Curtis Biggs, have become advocates for the music of this composer over the past two years and wanted to share it with others.
