Fractured Light

Contemporary chamber music ensemble for These Times continues its 15th anniversary season with its annual commissions concert, inspired by the theme of “fractured light,” in a collaboration with the San Francisco Conservatory of Music’s Technology and Applied Composition Department.

Performed by Ensemble for These Times (Nanette McGuinness, soprano, Abigail Monroe, cello, and Margaret Halbig, piano) with guests Adrienne Anaya, vibraphone, and Mia Nardi-Huffman, violin.

Featuring four commissioned world premieres–by Juhi Bansal, inti figgis-vizueta, Tamara McLeod and Michael Robert Smith–an SF premiere by Pamela Z, and works by Salina Fisher, David Garner, Angelica Negron and Marcus Norris.
