8th Annual Dance & Music Festival

The Dance & Music Festival (DMF) is an initiative that serves the residents, youths, and families of the DMV area. We strive to make the festival a safe and enjoyable event for all families, with the aim of fostering community development and promoting neighborly connections through providing educational resources, displaying the works of young artists, putting on visual art displays, introducing new musical and dance performances.

We, at DMF saw the gap of positive music and influences and decided to bring these elements to the community by spotlighting local artist talent. Our program aims to provide a stage and supportive environment where young people can explore their creativity and grow in a variety of artistic disciplines.

By bringing activities to the forefront, we can help keep our youths away from the streets and expand their horizons through dance, visual arts, and music to build positive self-images.
